FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

We provide home delivery throughout the GTA on a weekly basis for orders that reach a minimum of $300.00

We also encourage pick ups at our office location in Etobicoke, our farm in King City on thursday evenings and at the Dufferin Grove Park on thursday evenings- for no minimum!

We do require a minimum of 48 hours notice to fill an order beforehand.

2. CAN I VISIT YOUR ETOBICOKE SHOP?

We encourage all our customers to come in to our Etobicoke office to pick up an order and reduce Beretta's carbon footprint. Our Etobicoke location is where we take, butcher, prepare and ship all of our orders but we do not have a fresh meat counter or store front for immediate shopping.

Please place your order 48 hours in advance before pick up and we will confirm the order and our shop address.

We are open for pick ups Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.

3.CAN I GET MY ORDER FRESH INSTEAD OF FROZEN?

In order to maintain quality and product integrity, all orders direct from Beretta are delivered and ready for pick up frozen.

Since we flash freeze our products for your order, it will ensure premium taste and quality rather than being frozen in your home freezer.

4.CAN I VISIT THE FARM?

While the farm is the private residence of the Beretta family, we do host several Farm Events throughout the year to give you a behind the scenes look at how our family run organic farm is run. Stay posted to our website or sign up for our mailing list for upcoming dates for our Annual Beretta Barn Dance (you heard right- an all you can eat organic BBQ buffet, live entertainment and square dancing until the cows come home) and our Summer Family Farm Days (bring the kids and learn about daily life on the farm).

5. DO YOU SELL ORGANIC DAIRY AND PRODUCE?

Beretta Organics is a proud producer of Certified Organic Meats only. We offer you the premium selection of Organic Beef, Chicken, Pork, Turkey, Cold Cuts and Sausages. We also bring you Naturally Raised Lamb and Bison as well as Wild Caught Salmon.

6. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?

Yes, we are proud to announce that all of our products-Hot Dogs, Sausages, Cold Cuts- are GLUTEN FREE (with the exception of our Meatballs which contain breadcrumbs for added moisture).
