Inspired by the hectic lives of her three children and the rich scenery that her farm in King City provides, Cynthia is passionate about wholesome meals with love and local ingredients that give your family something to rush home for.

Providing the GTA with savoury organic meats and catering events for over 15 years, Cynthia is excited to share the hearty recipes her family and guests are so grateful for. It reminds us all that sitting down and slowing down will feed more than your grumbling stomach!
